The KaiRo International Group is a dynamic team of international gaming and hotel executives with offices in Gibraltar and Tanzania. The board of directors have a well established track record throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The directors, all ex Sun International, met in Southern Africa during the early Holiday Inns / Sun International gaming boom in the Southern Africa arena.

The group became involved in Turkey in the early 90’s. In 1996 KaiRo sold its Turkish interests in the highly respected TGI group. The group owned and  managed 9 operations in Turkey including the country’s premier casinos situated in the Hilton Hotel chain – Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Mersin. KaiRo also owned and managed the prestige Kempinski Ciragan Palace Casino in Istanbul and two other casino operations in the Koc Holding’s group of hotels.

The group has successfully completed 20 projects worldwide and has been involved in restructuring  and re-designing numerous other operations around the globe. The company was awarded 3 licences in South Africa including Johannesburg, which was a highly sought after commodity in an extremely competitive environment.

KaiRo has been actively involved with numerous Gaming Boards in Europe and African continent and  has been influential in the creation of legalised frameworks for the gaming industry. KaiRo holds approved gaming licences in various countries and has completed gaming probity's in numerous jurisdictions.

KaiRo operates under a strict set of company procedures which are adapted to local regulations. All gaming remains based on international standards as set by various gaming regulators. KaiRo operates with “in-house” systems developed over many years and they are being constantly improved and updated as technology changes.

KaiRo International is the joint venture partner of Ladbrokes.com for the African continent  and the Indian Ocean Islands. KaiRo is extremely active in promoting and marketing the Ladbrokes on-line gaming product. KaiRo also operates Ladbrokes sports betting on a land based system where applicable and approved.

The company currently operates 30 tables and 250 slot machines on the African continent. More than  300 staff are directly employed with an additional 100 outsourced staff. There are currently operations in Tanzania, Malawi and Ghana.
KaiRo International is currently pursuing new ventures in Africa and Asia.
