KaiRo International Group had signed a Joint Venture agreement with Ladbrokes plc, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies, to launch an online Sportsbook that is licenced and regulated in south Africa.
A bookmaker's application has been made in the Western Cape Province of South Africa and an online Sportsbook service - www.ladbrokes.co.za - will be launched as soon as the necessary approvals are received from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
The licence, once granted will allow Ladbrokes to advertise its online betting on a national level on television, radio, in the print media and on the internet. With the development and implementation of appropriate marketing campaigns, Ladbrokes - KaiRo JV hopes to raise brand awareness and acquire new customers in order to grow its South African market share.
